These Terms & Conditions govern your use of printbymmp.com and any printing, design, or related services provided by Marvelous Mike Press. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of printbymmp.com and the printing, design, and related services offered by Marvelous Mike Press ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing our website, creating an account, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders under the supervision of a parent/guardian or authorised organisation, to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3Quotes, Orders & Confirmation
Quotes provided via our quote tool, chat, phone, or email are estimates based on the information supplied and are valid for a limited period unless stated otherwise. An order is only confirmed once full or required part-payment has been received and we have accepted it — we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of materials, in which case any payment received will be refunded.
4Artwork, Proofing & Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, text, images, or files you supply are accurate, complete, and print-ready. Where we provide a digital proof for your approval, production begins only after you approve it, and you are responsible for checking spelling, layout, colours, and content before approving. We are not liable for errors that were present in customer-supplied or customer-approved artwork. Due to differences between screen (RGB) and print (CMYK) colour representation, minor colour variation between what you see on screen and the final printed product is normal and is not considered a defect.
5Artwork Ownership & Intellectual Property
You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and reproduce any content, logos, images, or artwork you submit to us, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from infringement of a third party's intellectual property rights in materials you supply. We reserve the right to refuse to print material that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, counterfeit (including currency, official documents, or identification), or otherwise objectionable. All website content, branding, and materials created solely by us remain our intellectual property.
6Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice, though confirmed orders are honoured at the price agreed at checkout. We accept payment via Paystack (card, USSD, bank transfer) and direct bank transfer. Applicable taxes, where relevant, are included or added as shown at checkout.
7Production, Delivery & Risk
Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided in good faith and set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy; they are not guaranteed and may vary due to order volume, artwork approval delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in goods passes to you, and the item is considered delivered, once it is handed to our delivery partner's representative or received at the specified address.
8Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Cancellations, returns, reprints, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent payment information, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to submit content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity, arising from delays, production issues, or use of our website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.
11Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, power or internet outages, courier disruptions, government action, or civil unrest.
12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team, and if unresolved, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria.
13Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
